The first - and most critical - step in our process is to find out what you have. Our Technical Assessment is designed to discover things like servers and workstations, network infrastructure, technical vendors critical to your business, etc.
Step 2: Remediation
The goal of Remediation is to fix any and all elements within your network that cannot be supported by Redshift. What you'll be left with once Remediation work is complete is a clean, well-tuned and remotely supportable technical environment...who doesn't want that?
Step 3: Onboarding
We won't bore you with the technical details of this step but, in a nutshell, we get to know you and you get to know us. We gather info about your team so that we can tailor our solution to meet your business needs. We also educate you on how best to work with us.
Step 4: Optimization
